Shipping policy

We ship Monday-Friday using USPS. Order processing time varies based on available inventory, but may take up to 5 business days before you order is ready to ship. Plants, livestock, and live cultures may be held for shipping due to weather. We will contact you if we need to work around the weather.

We offer a live arrival guarantee for any livestock, cultures, or plants shipped with Express shipping and Route Protection only. A picture of the unopened item(s) must be provided within 1 hour of delivery. Affected shipments will be refunded or replaced based on current inventory and at our discretion.
